IIEST Federation , a section 8 company, is bounded to promote "not – for – profit activities" related to public and will provide to every SME's & Startups a platform to receive sustainable resources through incubations to accelerate their socio-economic growth. IIEST abides by the value of providing consumers opportunity to access integrated resources and services in India but also abroad.

The Federation , is a NATIONAL Level Organisation comprises of members of Governing Board and Executive Board .

History of the Federation

IIEST was established in 2013. It was incorporated on 26th September under company act 1956. It started with the notion of providing skills training to every individual to enable them to get sustainable jobs in their chosen field. IIEST was established as training center of NIESBUD, autonomous body of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India, under PPP mode. With passage of time, the management board felt the need to focus on the issue of "Youth Self-Employment" . In association with Govt. of India through various skill development as well as entrepreneurship development schemes, IIEST followed the path of implementing the objectives of Goverment Departments promoting skill or / and entrepreneurship development policies in the country. Later as the scope and mission gained momentum with various Industries , Other Govt. agencies, NGO(s), and Councils, IIEST was converted into a Federation. As of 1st Feb 2019,IIEST Federation , a section 8 company, is bounded to promote "not – for – profit activities" related to public and will provide to every SME's & Startups a platform to receive sustainable resources through incubations to accelerate their socio-economic growth.

MISSION STATEMENT

To provide a quality-driven platform for SMEs & Startups, enabling with sustainable resources in order to usher them towards accelerated socio-economic growth.

OBJECTIVE

To conduct research for the industries.

To fll-fill advisory role in policy making related to the industries.

To facilitate audit & assessments for the purpose of business growth.

To provide sustainable resources to SME's & Startups.

To provide manpower training programs in order to lessen the "unskilled - labor gap ratio" existing in the industries.

To serve as bridge between govt agencies and industries for the purpose of promoting employment/self-employment initiative.
