He/She will be accountable for: |

1. To work in the “marketing resource” of IIEST Federation, Andhra Pradesh Chapter. |
|
2. Developing goals for the sales team and revenue growth and ensuring they are met as per the defined targets, in allocated project(s) under govt. scheme. |
|
3. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales in allocated project(s) under govt. scheme. |
|
4. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones, in allocated project(s) under govt. scheme. |
|
5. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives in allocated project(s) under govt. scheme. |
|
6. Team Handling & ensuring to make them achieving their targets, in allocated project(s) under govt. scheme. |
|
7. Implement sales strategy to bring in sales and revenue for allocated project(s) under govt. scheme. |
|
8. Going for field visits individually or and with the team, in allocated project(s) under govt. scheme. |
|
9. Generating leads &leads oriented solutions to increase & sustain revenue in the allocated project(s) under govt. scheme. |
